Thankfulness
is a choice. It is a state of mind, a way of being, a mindset you adopt and
nurture and grow in your heart. Oftentimes thankfulness comes about
organically, other times we must remind ourselves to be thankful, and not just
for the big things in life but also for the little ones we so often neglect or
overlook.
Be
thankful. It is a noble, honest, nurturing virtue which will make you see the
world around you in a whole new light. Be thankful, and you will see the love,
grace, mercy and favor of God throughout your days, and in every area of your
life.
No
matter who you are, no matter what your struggle, no matter what your hardship,
no matter what your lack, you still have countless reasons to be thankful today,
just as I do.
When
we come to the realization that all things work together for good to them that
love God, and we conclude without equivocation that we indeed love Him, we will
understand that though the valley might be hard to cross, we will get through
it and ascend onto the mountaintop once more. Though the trials in our lives
may be difficult to endure, once they are behind us, we will be all the more
mature, equipped, and possess a deeper understanding of the Father’s love.
If the journey does not transform you continually, then you are walking down the wrong path. The entire breadth and width of our existence hear on earth has our transformation into that which God desires us to be at its core.
May
you have a happy and blessed Thanksgiving, and may you give thanks this day for
all that He has done.
With love in Christ,
Michael Boldea Jr.

Amen Mike. I just want you to know that I am thankful for you and your heart for and of the Lord. Thank you for all your faithful laboring to and for Him and for His Body and Bride. Prayers and Love to you and your family.
In Jesus,
Doug
Some people have it good for no apparent reason, so they want to be thankful like they deserve it. Instead of feeling ashamed and embarrassed that they live in wealth and luxury while those around them who they say they care for are struggling and destitute, they try to make it a matter of personal pride. They are thankful for their family, friends, wealth, health, status, great life, while others just drop by the wayside without so much as a crumb from their tables. Americans are generally thankful that they can take advantage of others and get away with it. If you aren't thankful for what you have every day, what is the point of acting like you do in front of others one day a year?
Thre is no reason to be ashamed at what God has given us. We must only be open to His leading in helping others, but not feel condemned for what God has doen. Not every good deed is one that God ordains. WE MST BE LED BY HIS SPIRIT and ALLOW HIS WORK TO BE DONE -- NOT OUR OWN. Jesus commanded the Rich Young Ruler to sell everything he had and give it to the poor. That does not mean that we should necessarily do the same. There may be atime when God will demand more of us. We must hear His Voice and OBEY.
I am personally getting back to the basics of truly thanking God for what He has done and praise Him, even when the situations seem unfair. God's GLORY is about to come to the earth. Many will be saved. MANY will be cut off. WE MUST PREPARE OURSELVES and walk just as Jesus did -- HEARING THE VOICE of the FATHER -- AND OBEYING. WE must not JUDGE others, for unless God truly shows you another man's heart, you will most likely JUDGE AMISS. ASK GOD ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!
