While finishing up the study on the Holy Spirit, I’ve also been outlining two other teaching series in tandem.
The first series is entitled ‘Lord Teach Us To Pray’ and it is an in depth study on the prayers of the Bible, from both the Old and the New Testament.
The second series is entitled ‘Learning From Ordinary People’ and it is a study of some fifty people from the Old Testament and fifty from the New Testament, and the lessons we can learn from their lives, their faith, their steadfastness, and even their mistakes.
Both studies will run for at least six months, so this is yet another protracted journey that we will be venturing upon.
My problem is this: I do not know which one to begin writing, and so I will let the readers of this web log decide. I would ask that you leave a comment, regarding which of the two aforementioned series you would prefer to delve into next.
I will leave this post up over the weekend, and I will tally your votes on Monday, and from there determine whether we will be discussing prayer for the next six months or so, or if we will be discussing the biblical heroes of the faith. In the end the choice will be up to you.
As always, thank you for participating, thank you for your prayers, as well as your encouraging words concerning the previous series we just concluded.
With love in Christ,
Michael Boldea Jr.

I would like both , but Ordinary people better,as will make it so much easier to relate to our lives. Thanks!LISA WILSON
Hello brother Michael,
I would be interested in the series on "Lives of Ordinary People".
I also want to add how much I enjoyed your latest teachings on The Holy Spirit.
Thank you for your work for The Lord.
I vote for the heros of the faith.
I vote for "Lord, teach us to pray", since that has been my prayer recently.
‘Lord Teach Us To Pray’
As soon as I saw this title, I knew what my vote was to be. I,ve recently started reading this blog (via twitter link) and am really looking forward to, being with you from the beginning of a series.
I'd love to do a study on prayer. I think becoming prayer warriors is going to become more and more important in the days ahead. It would be nice to get some training on how exactly you do that.
Heros of the Faith, something for my kids to glean from, true heros instead of sports icons or hollywood glitz. Of course prayer is not bad either. Ok I guess either will do, sorry : )
Both sound very good, but the "Lord Teach Us To Pray" would be extremely timely in our home.
Thank you for inquiring!
Vote for Biblical heroes of the faith, one aspect being their prayer life and dependence upon Yahveh and not their own abilities.
Thanks, Michael. Caleb
My vote is for "Learning From Ordinary People."
LORD, teach me (us) to PRAY!!
I could use a refesher course on prayer - thank you!
I haven't been to your sight for a while. Some how my commputor opened
to this page when I sat some stuff on it. Must be the Lord leading.I vote for the study on prayer It is
such an important tool in our growth and I for one do not feel that I have a good understanding of
how to pray. D.
I vote for "Lord, Teach us to Pray"
Prayer! I humbly request prayer. I desire to learn.
Prayer would be good - thanks for the HS series - Michael
I would vote for "Lord, Teach Us To Pray" because if the Lord is teaching us how to pray, then we better learn how. There are many who know how, but many more who do not. A lot of us came out of, or were raised in a church where praying was thought of as lighting a candle, kneeling before a statue, repeating the rosary, and instead of speaking to God directly, we were taught to pray to Mary, "the Mother of God" because "she intercedes for us", none of which is taught in the Bible. Imagine my horror when I finally read the Bible and learned that most of what I was taught about prayer was erroneous! I read a book "The Lord's Prayer" by Alan Cairns that was an in depth, biblical study of the Lord's Prayer. This book really helped me to understand how to pray correctly and more effectively. It also gave me much insight that would probably take me years to discover on my own. Just as well, you perhaps are reaching another audience that could benefit from a similar study on prayer. And that's why I vote for "Lord, Teach Us To Pray" as the next topic for you to teach us!
Thank you and God bless you Michael,
I would prefer the study on prayer. Thanks!
I would love to know more about prayer. I just watched your dvd entitled, "Waiting on the Lord". This is what I long for. Thank you, and God bless you.
Teach us to pray!!
